How to delete your CuandoTeToca account

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Open Your account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm it's you (with Google, with Apple or by typing your password) and accept.

Deletion is immediate.

Write from your account's email to devlicius.online@gmail.com with the subject "Delete CuandoTeToca account". We will check the request and delete the account within 30 days at most.

• Your sign-in account (email, name and sign-in method). If you used Apple, the app's access to your Apple ID is also revoked.
• If you are a family's owner: the whole family in the cloud (kids, activities, events, adults, holidays…), for all its members, and its pending invitation codes. The other members stop sharing it and keep what is on their phones.
• If you are a member of someone else's family: you leave it; that family's data still belongs to its owner.
• Your devices' notification tokens and your notice preferences.
• Your subscription status in our database and your customer record in RevenueCat.

• The data on your phone is kept so you can keep using the app without an account. To delete it too, use Settings → Delete all data or uninstall the app.
• Your subscription is not cancelled: billing is handled by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings.
• Apple, Google and RevenueCat may keep their own purchase records according to their policies and legal obligations.

Settings → Delete all data deletes the phone's data and, if you are an owner with a plan, the family's cloud data too, but keeps your account. Also, the cloud copy is deleted automatically 12 months after the owner's plan ends.
